[SIMA 2011]

I dont think I have ever attended a conference outside of 4 Christ Missions or KUMCTROY before and i’m glad that God had sent me to this one.

Apart from school and other things, it was good to be plugged into a ministry where it joined many of the local churches together in order to worship and fellowship together.  I must say, being part of the administration team did bring light to how much work and prayer goes into forming a successful retreat.

Honestly, I had no idea what was going to happen or what sorts of things God wanted to teach me there but I’m glad I went through what I did.

This was the first retreat where I attempted to take some of my own students there.  Although we were very small in number, it was encouraging to see what sorts of things God can do to such hardened hearts…..I never realized how broken my church really was or even at that…how broken the students are…

I was so selfish to think it was only hard for myself…

I am so blessed and so loved.
